Health Insurance – JENSEN HUGHES offers 3 plans through Cigna, one of which includes a Health Savings Account (HSA Plan) with an employer contribution.

Parental Leave – We proudly offer Paid Parental Leave (PPL) of 8 weeks for the primary caregiver and 2 weeks for the secondary caregiver.  This company paid benefit is available to all benefits eligible US based employees.

401k Profit Sharing Plan with an annual employer contribution (discretionary and reviewed annually). Additionally, JENSEN HUGHES will begin offering current and future employees a company matched 401K Plan that will allow employees to benefit from an up to 5% of base compensation matched by company, deposited each pay period through year-end. This additional plan will become effective January 1, 2018.

  • Tuition Reimbursement – Our Tuition reimbursement program provides a way for employees to pursue their education towards completing a degree in their related profession.  Employees can take and seek reimbursement for a course each academic term.
