Paul joined Jensen Hughes in 1998 and is one of the board Directors. He has extensive cross-sector experience ranging from residential, retail, offices, sports arenas and stadia, transport and mixed use schemes.

Paul is a Chartered Engineer and relishes the challenge of developing innovative fire engineering solutions for challenging and complex projects both in the UK and Internationally. Paul has a diverse project portfolio. He was the Director responsible for most of the JH work in and around the Olympic Park at Stratford. This included all thirteen buildings comprising the 2012 Olympic Village, the Olympic Basketball venue, well as Westfield Stratford City. Paul is also the Project Director for other high profile residential schemes included Quintains redevelopment at Wembley Park, Earls Court for Capco, and The Bermondsey Project for Grosvenor.

Paul has been responsible for implementing innovative solutions to new apartment building design. This is based on research into the effectiveness of residential sprinkler systems and using specialist skill in modelling fire/smoke movement in apartment buildings. This has allowed more efficient design of apartment buildings and large open plan apartments.
