Jason A. Osika

Jason Osika, IAAI-CFI is a Fire Investigator with 27 years’ experience in the fire service industry. He began his career in 1993 as a firefighter with the Dover Fire Department and held many positions including Fire Chief. In 2013 Mr. Osika moved into the City of Dover Fire Marshal’s Office as a Deputy Fire Marshal and was promoted to Fire Marshal in 2016. Mr. Osika is experienced in determining the origin and cause of residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, vehicle fires, fire scene excavation, evidence collection and chain of custody, fire damage diagramming, witness interviews, photographic documentation and report writing. He also has extensive experience in large event coordination and management as well as pyrotechnics.
