Phil Davis is a licensed architect, holding licenses to practice in the states of California, Hawaii and Arizona. With over 35 years of experience in the profession, he has provided comprehensive design services for large custom residences, commercial, medical, multi-family residential, religious, recreation, semi-conductor and educational facilities in the US and abroad. In the past, Mr. Davis has been involved with the rehabilitation and restoration of historic structures, including mosques, and was employed by the State of California as a historic architect, providing analysis and resolutions for historic structures damaged in natural disasters. Mr. Davis brings his experience in conventional architectural services and natural disaster support as well as expertise in the provision of technical support, including analysis related to building design and construction. Mr. Davis has an extensive background in team management and as a licensed architect, is in the habit of organizing and managing simultaneous efforts of consulting engineers and other consultants, resulting in cost effective results.
