Sean Dudley is a Forensics Engineer and member of the forensic materials science team and larger technical team providing engineering and technical services to clients. He performs laboratory and field analysis of a broad range of materials, with an emphasis on polymers. Mr. Dudley uses his knowledge of metallurgy, materials characterization, and environmental and chemical processing analysis and design in conducting environmental investigations, process systems evaluation, and material failure analysis. His industry and research background includes petroleum systems analysis, energy research initiatives, biological and chemical treatment systems, safety compliance auditing, mining and environmental compliance, and advanced polymer testing and evaluation. Mr. Dudley has investigative experience ranging from small component failure analysis to large construction defect cases. As a member of the materials science team and Jensen Hughes team, Mr. Dudley provides technical support, litigation support and expert analyses to law firms, insurance companies, and industry.
