Steve Pignotti is a Forensics Practice Leader for Jensen Hughes. He manages complex projects, developing and implementing business development strategy. As a mechanical engineer, he has extensive experience providing technical support, direction and project management in areas of construction services, engineering consulting, facilities management and real estate portfolio management. Mr. Pignotti is experienced with structural design, failure analysis, water intrusion, materials failures (including coatings, sealant and siding), building code review, sound attenuation, building design and construction, general facilities operations, real estate management and piping systems. He has managed staff on dozens of projects involving non-destructive examination (NDE), metallurgical analysis, facilities maintenance, mechanical properties testing, seismic bracing, construction design, and emergency response program development/implementation. Mr. Pignotti is also familiar with laboratory test methods, having managed one of the Northwest's largest testing laboratories.
