Picture this: you're a brand new field adjuster and you've started receiving daily claims assignments. You've got good training, but you know you've got a little ways to go when it comes to experience.

But that's okay, experience comes with doing.

But one of your first claims is a house fire and you find out that there's a fire investigator assigned to the claim to determine the origin of the fire and they'll be reviewing your claim file to help them with their investigation. What can you do to make sure that your documentation gives them everything they need without having to send you back out?
