Picture this: you're a brand new field adjuster and you've started receiving daily claims assignments. You've got good training, but you know you've got a little ways to go when it comes to experience.

But one of your first claims is a house fire and you find out that there's a fire investigator assigned to the claim to determine the origin of the fire and they'll be reviewing your claim file to help them with their investigation.
