Andrew Miller

Andrew is a Lead Engineer with experience in the field of engineering, software development and project management. He has been involved in multiple Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) projects including Seismic, Internal and External Flood PRAs. He was a member of NEI’s Fukushima Flooding Task Force (FFTF) and the lead author on two key guidance documents used to close out the post-Fukushima external flooding analysis. He is the technical lead in addressing external flood for 50.69 and TSTF-505 applications. He is the co-creator of the EPRI TESSERACT software and manages several teams developing PRA software, including EPRI’s FRANX, Tesseract and Data Visualization Tools.
