Kevin Degeatano

Since joining the Jensen Hughes San Diego team in May 2024, Kevin has worked on various fire protection engineering scopes, including fire alarm, fire sprinkler and smoke control systems. His focus has been on the special inspection and program management of the smoke control systems for the commissioning and periodic testing of buildings. Before his role at Jensen Hughes, Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and spent 12 years serving in the U.S. Navy. His service entailed conducting emergency response operations at home and abroad and managing and maintaining mechanical systems with the Naval Construction Battalion.
