Amy joined Jensen Hughes as a Graduate Investigator in 2021. As part of the forensics team, she has had the opportunity to expand her experience and knowledge by assisting on a variety of commercial and residential investigations. Before joining the company she gained comprehensive knowledge regarding fire investigation during her Practical Fire Investigation Course at the Fire Service College in summer 2021.

She is experienced in an environmental laboratory environment working under UKAS and ISO accreditation. During this time, she also helped develop practical's and present workshops to the public on crime scene investigation experience days. For her educational background prior to this she received a first degree in MSci Forensic and Analytical Chemistry at the University of Huddersfield involving a placement year within the biomarker industry.
