Nicky Short

Nicky has worked in the Insurance industry for more than 35 years and specializes in disaster restoration and reinstatement. Her expertise spans dispatching restoration and third-party supplier teams across the UK, management of field technicians, operations management, account management for insurance clients and more. In 2014, Nicky gained a Six Sigma qualification and has since worked across Europe as Head of Business Improvement, driving efficiencies with manual processes and IT solutions. Recently, she has focused on business development to offer value propositions to clients who need to streamline processes, increase profitability and productivity, while keeping solutions simple to implement and simple to manage. At Jensen Hughes she leverages her insurance experience, supply chain knowledge and understanding of claims management to offer our clients a suite of solutions and technology to improve their own service offerings and positively impact their profitability.
