John Ireland

Before joining Jensen Hughes, John was a Lieutenant in the Fire Prevention Bureau in Cranston Rhode Island, which entailed building inspection, plan review, and the investigation of fires. Over the last decade, he has participated in various ten-day fire investigation courses at our nation’s fire academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Most recently, he completed the Advanced Origin and Cause/ Courtroom Testimony course at the ATF National Center for Explosives Training and Research at Red Stone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

John’s expertise includes building inspection for code compliance, developing a working relationship with the state fire marshal’s office, building, and health departments, as well as mentoring new inspectors.
