Paul is the Health Care Life Safety Code Assessment (LSCA) Service Line Leader and a Senior Consultant, specializing in codes/standards compliance within the healthcare industry. Throughout his career, he has performed numerous LSCAs within the entire spectrum of healthcare-related occupancies including large multi-facility medical centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical office buildings.
He has participated in surveys conducted by The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and various State and Local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Through his knowledge and experience, he is able to provide realistic consultation and offer solutions relative to survey preparation, facility tours, documentation review, management of deficiencies, and post-survey follow-up, including remediation plan implementation and report development.
