• Graduates looking to kick-start their careers.
• Currently studying towards a university degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or something similar, or recently graduated in the last two years.
• Familiar with the construction industry.
• Aligning and living the Jensen Hughes Purpose + Principles.
• Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships/cadetships or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or hold a valid Work Visa in Australia.
• Have a CPCCOHS1001A — work safety in the construction industry qualification (white card) or be prepared to undertake the training.
• Graduate program applicants need to be in their final year of study or have completed their degree in the past one and a half years.
