Charles is a senior building regulations consultant with more than 10 years of construction experience. Specialising in passive fire protection and waterproofing, he works across the project lifecycle to identify creative and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Charles has extensive experience across a broad range of sectors and a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks. He has a genuine passion for his role and thoroughly enjoys being onsite, partnering with clients to share his knowledge and develop proactive and practical fire and waterproofing solutions.

Charles has consulted to major projects including the Wyong Hospital redevelopment and Sydney’s Walsh Bay Arts Precinct. His collaborative and pragmatic style lets him work with architects, developers, builders and installers to unlock project value by devising approaches that meet building code provisions while providing design flexibility and minimising future maintenance requirements.
