Paul has extensive cross-sector experience ranging from industrial, research and development, residential, retail, offices, sports arenas and stadiums, transport, and mixed-use schemes. Paul is a Chartered Engineer and jointly runs the Jensen Hughes London office and also has a role across the European side of the business. Paul has a diverse project portfolio and a proven track record of developing innovative fire engineering solutions for challenging and complex projects both in the UK and internationally.
He has been the Director responsible for Quintains Wembley Park redevelopment since 2010 and more recently, Greystar’s Bermondsey Project. Paul was the project director for most of Jensen Hughes' work in and around the Olympic Park at Stratford. This included all thirteen buildings comprising the 2012 Olympic Village, the Olympic Basketball venue, as well as Westfield Stratford City. Other notable projects include several distribution centres for DHL, a research facility for Public Health England (now UKHSA), which included developing solutions for special containment areas.
Paul has extensive experience in transport, having worked for several years on projects at Gatwick and Heathrow Airports as well as various rail projects, including both sub-surface and overground facilities. Paul has also worked on a wide range of international projects designed to international fire engineering standards. These include projects in Spain, Belgium, Italy, Azerbaijan, India and Malaysia.
