About Jaime
Jaime is a Director and licensed Fire Protection Engineer with over 25 years of international experience leading Fire and Life Safety strategies for complex mixed-use, supertall, transportation, airport, critical infrastructure, and masterplanned developments.
He specializes in risk-based and performance-based fire engineering for architecturally iconic and technically complex projects, including supertall developments. His experience spans master planning, design, authority approvals, construction support, testing and commissioning, and operational readiness.
Jaime regularly serves as a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), technical reviewer, and client advisor for confidential landmark developments throughout the Middle East and Asia, overseeing multidisciplinary teams responsible for Fire and Life Safety strategy development, smoke management, evacuation analysis, emergency response planning, and integrated fire protection systems.
