Joshua Haar

Joshua is a Senior Engineer with experience in environmental permitting, compliance, and combustible dust hazard analyses (DHA). He is a registered environmental engineer in several U.S. states and a combustible dust and environmental subject matter expert. He specializes in DHA services, Clean Water Act (CWA) programs, and environmental permitting and reporting. Joshua has worked throughout North America with a variety of industries to help ensure compliance with many environmental programs, including the CWA, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and the Clean Air Act (CAA) and to comply with combustible dust requirements defined by local, regional, and national organizations.
