Michelle is a Principal Engineer with extensive experience in fire protection engineering, particularly in fire testing and modeling, performance-based design, and fire hazard assessment. Her expertise includes code analysis and performance-based design for industrial facilities containing hazardous materials. Within hazardous materials, she practices with a particular focus on combustible dust hazards, conducting dust hazard analyses and explosion protection system design reviews and commissioning. She is also well-versed in the hazards associated with semiconductor fabrication facilities. She is a member of the NFPA 660 Technical Committee for agricultural dusts and NFPA 318.
