Ora Meckelburg

With nearly 30 years' experience in the fire safety industry, Ora has specialist expertise in structural fire safety, including firestopping and fire protection of load-bearing structures. He has experience in contracting, inspections, maintenance, procurement, consulting, design and implementation supervision, and has worked on thousands of sites. He has played a pivotal role in the development of firestopping practices in Finland, working closely with the relevant authorities and industry stakeholders. He has also been involved in training and certification, providing expert statements and reports, as well as product development and fire safety inspections across a wide range of property types. He has delivered training and lectures, including leading the personal certification of firestopping installers, and prepared expert statements and technical assessments. He has also contributed to product development projects within the building products industry. Additionally, he has experience in organising the servicing and maintenance of fire safety systems, ranging from large commercial premises to individual retail facilities. He is also highly experienced in conducting fire safety inspections and assessments of all property types.
