About Todd
Todd is a Senior Structural Engineer who has been involved in numerous seismic and structural evaluation projects as both project manager and lead analyst.
He is experienced in regulatory and code review, blast and impact assessment, building modeling and soil-structure interaction and has led response analysis efforts for multiple seismic risk evaluation projects.
Dr. Radford has also led development efforts for multiple Jensen Hughes internal engineering analysis software packages.
