With more than nine years in the industry, Joseph brings extensive experience as a senior building surveyor, specialising in regulatory compliance and consultancy. He works closely with various clients to ensure all projects meet compliance requirements, while also supporting creative and practical design approaches.

Joseph is highly skilled in project leadership and team coordination to achieve optimal results. He is an accredited as a Building surveyor - Unlimited (BS-U) and is also registered as Inspector - Unlimited (IN-U), giving him extensive hands-on experience in compliance, inspection processes, and securing regulatory approvals.
