About Kursat
Dr. Kursat Kinali is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 15 years of engineering experience. He has a diverse engineering background in design, analysis, heavy industrial/nuclear consulting, and forensics industries.
His experience includes design of mid-rise reinforced concrete buildings, post-tensioned concrete, and analysis of buildings and structures at US Nuclear sites while managing multi-discipline modification projects in the nuclear industry.
He is a published author with extensive analytical background in seismic response of steel structures. He has investigative forensics background of analyzing failures and collapse of major structures involving construction defects, design errors, natural, and malicious intent.
