Niall Keogh, MSc, P.GRAD, BSc, CEng MIEI, CFPS

Niall is a Chartered Engineer with several engineering qualifications and over 25 years’ experience in fire and life safety consulting. As a fire engineer in Ireland and the Middle East, he has been involved in both prescriptive and performance-based fire and life safety design work. He has experience in a multitude of performance-based fire safety designs and projects including World Cup Stadia, airports, Doha metro, commercial, mixed-use, residential, apartment and condominium buildings, offices, retail, hospitality, exhibition buildings, and convention centers. Niall leads the Jensen Hughes Offices both in Doha (Qatar) and Al Khobar (Saudi Arabia) developing and building a strong team of accomplished engineers with excellent relationships with the local Civil Defense. Niall has a broad knowledge of many internationally well-known codes and standards including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Building Code (IBC), Saudi Building Code (SBC) and British Standards (BS) as well as the local Qatar Civil Defense Fire Safety Guidelines in Qatar.
