Zandalee is an experienced engineer and specialist in Accessibility and Universal Design. She leads the Accessibility Service line delivering solutions for major projects in complex building environments, including offices, student accommodation, schools, healthcare, hotels, airports, sports facilities, mixed-use developments, and historic buildings. With over eight years of post‑qualification experience, Zandalee has contributed accessibility expertise to projects across Ireland, central Europe, and Africa, ensuring regulatory requirements and inclusive design principles are embedded throughout the project lifecycle. Her expertise lies in identifying accessibility challenges and implementing practical, innovative solutions that enable everyone to navigate and experience the built environment with dignity and independence.
