Elanora Court Long Mile Road

Elanora Court is a residential development situated on Long Mile Road in Dublin, comprising 153 units, including apartments, maisonettes, and duplexes. Ranging from three to six storeys, the buildings are arranged around a central courtyard, offering residents semi-private green space and a high-quality shared space. Parking is provided beneath the podium, keeping the site pedestrian and cycle friendly.

Constructed with durable materials including brick, stone, and metal cladding, the development also features communal gardens and a secure multi-use games area to support community-focused living. Sustainable technologies such as Exhaust Air Heat Pumps and photovoltaic panels contribute to the scheme’s A2 Building Energy Rating, helping reduce energy costs and environmental impact.

We provided fire engineering consultancy for this development, including a full fire safety strategy in line with BS 9991:2015 and Irish Building Regulations. Our work informed critical design elements such as single-stair compliance, smoke ventilation, protected lobbies, and escape routes. We also advised on fire safety in ancillary areas, including the car park, concierge, and gym, offering engineered solutions for non-standard conditions. We worked closely with the design team to support a safe, code-compliant design that was ready for approval and delivery.
