About Eva
Eva is a Technical Director based at the Dublin office of Jensen Hughes. She has been involved in over 450 cases since joining the company. This includes investigations of fires and explosions in residential, commercial, industrial, vehicle, and marine cases. She has continued to expand her knowledge and experience in all areas. She has attended the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence. Eva studied modules on fire and explosion investigation and laboratory analysis of evidence including testing of fire debris samples and drugs analysis. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a laboratory analyst for a biomedical manufacturing company. For her MSc course work involved working with the now defunct Forensic Science Service (FSS) on a project researching a new recovery method for traces of liquid fire accelerants from suspects’ hands.
