OSHA Magic Words Webinar
Complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) regulations can seem a bit daunting. Some requirements are often overlooked simply because a facility’s OSHA documentation is missing specific “magic words” that would otherwise fill potential gaps in its Emergency Action Plan from a compliance auditing standpoint. By using “magic words” and briefly stating whether specific requirements apply to a facility demonstrates that there is familiarity with the regulation and that the requirements have been considered.
In this webinar, we’ll discuss several health and safety regulatory topics where “magic words” play a key role:
- Emergency Action Plan
- Fire Protection Plan
- Fall Protection
- Walking / Working Surfaces
- Hearing Conservation
- PPE Program
- Bloodborne Pathogens Program
- Hazard Communication
