Aaron is a Project Engineer with a background in civil structural and fire safety engineering design. He has experience in applying prescriptive and performance-based methods in codes and standards for the fire safety design/risk assessment of new buildings and conducting fire and life safety audits of existing buildings. As a former research and laboratory assistant, he has also gained practical experience in assessing the structural fire-resistance of heavy timber construction through full-scale laboratory tests and advanced numerical modelling.
