Abdulrahman is a Principal Fire Engineer with expertise in fire and structural fire engineering of tunnels and buildings, coupled with research interests in structural performance and fire behavior of timber, FRP, and concrete. He is also experienced in FLS master planning for ordinary new developments and for aviation master planning. During his tenure as a PhD research candidate at the University of Queensland, he concentrated on proposing engineering solutions to enhance the structural behavior of timber floor systems under fire exposure.
