Eduardo began his career as an industrial health and safety consultant/advisor. His early experience sparked a keen interest in industrial fire protection engineering, leading him to spend five years testing and designing fire protection systems for the chemical and petrochemical industries. To deepen his expertise, Eduardo pursued a master’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering through the prestigious IMFSE program in Europe. After completing his studies, he remained in Belgium for an additional year, focusing on the design of fire protection systems. Eduardo then relocated to New Zealand, where he spent four years working as a consultant, providing expert advice and solutions in fire safety. For the past six years, he has been a dedicated professional at Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ), contributing significantly to advancing fire safety and protection initiatives. With a strong foundation in chemical engineering and extensive experience in fire safety engineering, Eduardo brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence in the field.
