Emil Valdemar Petersen

Emil is a Fire Safety Consultant with a strong interest in fire modelling, particularly in the integration of water mist systems within FDS simulations. With a background in structural engineering, he possesses a solid theoretical understanding of structural behaviour and fire safety. He is focused on finding the most efficient and effective ways to tackle challenges, ensuring that each issue is resolved with both practicality and innovation in mind. During his time at the Technical University of Denmark, he has developed strong insight into fire dynamics, with a particular focus on simulation in FDS. He wrote his master's thesis on water mist systems and how they can be modelled in FDS. He now works with fire safety in accordance with Danish regulations.
