Kevin has extensive experience in the design and specification of a wide variety of fire protection and fire alarm systems. His experience with large-scale industrial projects involves all aspects of fire protection and life safety. He is a principal technical committee member of NFPA 59A and is regularly involved with multidisciplinary projects at LNG storage facilities around the United States.

Kevin's experience also includes building and fire code consulting, as well as fire protection and life safety evaluations involving many types and classifications of facilities. He has substantial field experience and is familiar with the installation inspection, and testing of a broad range of fire protection equipment.

Kevin has participated in cause/origin fire scene reconstructions as part of ongoing litigation cases. He has designed and specified fire suppression systems, both water-based and special hazards, as well as fire detection and occupant notification fire alarm systems for all types of occupancies. He is past president of the New England Chapter of Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE-NEC).
