About Richard
Richard has been involved with numerous large-scale multi-phase health care, education, multi-family residential, municipal, religious, and retail projects with some of the largest and most well-respected clients in these fields. While excelling as an architectural project manager, his experience and facility with code and accessibility reviews made him a sought-after asset who was relied upon to perform complete building, life-safety, accessibility, and specialty code reviews for projects. He created code-focused quality control procedures and templates for integration into production activities, and trained junior staff to ensure efficient, complete code compliance. His codes and standards knowledge encompasses the ADA, ICC/ANSI A117.1, IBC, FGI, NFPA, FHA, NYC Building Code, the NYS OMH Patient Safety Standards, the New York State Manual of Planning Standards for School Buildings, and the building/accessibility codes of various states and jurisdictions.
