Will Fletcher is the Global Service Line Leader for Smoke Control. With over a decade of experience in smoke control design and special inspection across multiple project types, Will has led smoke control projects and collaborated with clients across several regions. He is often sought out for his expertise in smoke control consulting, design assistance and special inspection services because he truly understands the complexity of smoke control systems and their interdependency on many other building systems.

He spent most of his career in the Jensen Hughes San Diego office where through his work on some of the region’s most prominent projects, he developed expertise as well as trusted working relationships with the City of San Diego’s Development Services and Fire Departments. Will is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE), a professional member of SFPE, past President of the SFPE San Diego Chapter, a recipient of both the 2016 Consulting Specifying Engineer 40 Under 40 Award and the 2023 SFPE 5 Under 35 Award. He is also a Designated Design-Build Professionals®, certified by Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
