The Problem
The top automotive company required standardize plans with a consistent format, language, training and response philosophy. The new Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans needed to be accessible, easily managed, compliant and with flexible user permissions.
The Solution
We implemented our web-based planning system with all required functionality, plan templates and plan population. We also provided training, allowing the company to take control of their new system and allow them to easily make updates or changes.
The Results
The platform has now been used by the company for over 13 years and with an upgrade to SMARTPLAN the company has greatly improved compliance, consistency and accessibility for their many plan types and locations.
