Jensen Hughes partnered in the design and construction of a premier 12-story student housing community in Raleigh, North Carolina, providing accommodations for 1,964 residents. Ideally situated adjacent to the North Carolina State University campus, the property includes a variety of studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartment configurations to meet diverse student living needs.

The development features vibrant outdoor amenities, including fourth-floor courtyards, private terraces, and a rooftop terrace with a modern pool and hot tub. A typical residential floor contains 60 apartment units and 173 beds, while 566 parking spaces are accommodated within five levels of structured parking integrated into the building.
