Anita Spink

Anita has over 40 years of experience in the security sector. She served 23 years in the British regular military, where she specialised in security, intelligence, leadership, and training, working across both hostile and benign environments. This was followed by 13 years of part time service as a Reservist, delivering specialist training to personnel at all levels.

Alongside her Reservist role, Anita has spent the past 20 years in the civilian sector, working across a broad range of security and intelligence disciplines. Her experience includes project management, security design, training, consultancy, technical surveillance countermeasures, close protection, and surveillance. She has supported both government and corporate clients in the UK and internationally, often in complex and high-risk settings.
