Edouard (Eddy) has extensive experience in fire protection management in the nuclear, municipal, commercial, airport, and industrial fields. He offers experience in fire department leadership, operations, training and emergency management. He is experienced in evaluating nuclear facility industrial fire brigades and facility fire protection audits, and in development, assessment, and independent third-party review of fire, suppression, detection, and special protection systems as well as passive designs and installations, alternative solution proposals, assessing fire and building code compliance, nuclear industry fire hazard assessments, IFB operations, fire response needs analysis and post-fire analysis. He has conducted numerous HRA & QRAs for BEV and BESS facilities. He is currently the authority having jurisdiction for the Gordy Howe International Bridge construction project’s Canadian facilities.
