Mr. Shuck is a Senior Electrical Engineer with a focus on power systems engineering. He specializes in electrical engineering, industrial systems, failure analysis and has a background in manufacturer-side safety code compliance. Mr. Shuck has investigated electrical faults and malfunctions, particularly those resulting in fire or other damage. He has completed failure analysis projects related to various electrical and electronic equipment including household appliances, electrical motors, control equipment, writing components, AC and DC drive systems and industrial power systems. His casework experience also includes residential, commercial fire investigations, shocks and electrocution investigation, product failures and lighting damage. Prior to joining Jensen Hughes, as a compliance investigator, Mr. Shuck evaluated residential, commercial and industrial equipment to their relevant standards of safety. In addition, his background includes the evaluation and testing of products ranging from megawatt power generation equipment, to household smart devices, to component research and development testing.
